How we got here
Why We Started
Fig Leaf Financial Group was born out of frustration — the kind that comes from watching business owners get locked into renewal cycles they can't escape, employees who can't understand their own benefits, and individuals priced out of the market entirely.
We set out to find a better way. That search led us to ERISA-based plan structures, cooperative health models, and AI-powered administration platforms that were transforming benefits for large employers — but hadn't yet reached the businesses and individuals who needed them most.
